ANTANANARIVO
While arriving at Ivato international airport in Antananarivo (Tana for short), meet Ortour representative, and then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight at the hotel du Louvre(high-end) or at the hotel Palissandre (high-end ) or at the Hotel Chalet de Roses or at Rova hotel (high-midrange), in BB.
ANTANANARIVO – ANDASIBE
Morning departure heading to Andasibe (roughly 5 hour drive) also known as Perinet. Upon arrival, visit the forest of VOIMM is divided in 3 areas dedicted to total preservation, ecoturism, and traditional exploitation. The park hosts 11 species of lemurs, camaleons, lizards, howls, and many other animals. It is possible to visit the forest by day and night through 6 km of itineraries.
Overnight at the high-end Hotel: at Mantadia Lodge or at Cyperus Hotel (high-end) in BB or in Mid-range Hotel: at the hotel Feon’ny Ala or at Grace Lodge in BB.
ANDASIBE – ANTANANARIVO
After breakfast, we will explore the Analamazoatra reserve in search of the biggest lemurs called Indri indri, the panda like lemurs, whose eerie calls can be heard miles away from your hotel. Mild walk in the forest would surely grant you a great deal of windows of opportunity to spot not only the indri but also other lemurs such as the golden sifakas, the eastern woolly lemurs, without forgetting endemic birds and reptiles like the Parson chameleon, the tiny nose-horned chameleons, and so forth. After the visit, leave Andasibe and drive to Antananarivo overnight at the hotel du Louvre (high-end) or at the hotel Palissandre (high-end) in BB or at the Hotel Chalet de Roses or (high-midrange), in BB. Or at Rova hotel (high-midrange).
ANTANANARIVO – ANTSIRABE
After breakfast, morning drive toward the national route RN7, through the high plateau’s mountainous and rice field landscape. While arriving in Antsirabe, visit the surrounding areas and various workshops of semi and precious stones. In the afternoon, visit the “Tritriva” lake also worth to see because of the panoramic view of the Vakinakaratra.
Overnight in high-end Hotel: at Plumeria or at the hotel Menabel (high-end), in BB or at Chambre des Voyageurs or at Vatolahy,(midrange) in BB.
ANTSIRABE – AMBOSITRA – RANOMAFANA
We continue our journey heading to Ambositra, the capital of the Malagasy handicrafts. We will visit some workshops during our stop in this city where you will have time to buy some souvenirs. After lunch, we depart to Ranomafana national park. Overnight in High-end Hotel: at the hotel Thermal or at Setam Lodge, in HB or in Midrange Hotel: at the hotel Grenat or at Karibo hotel, in BB.
VISIT AT RANOMAFANA NATIONAL PARK – AMBALAVAO
After breakfast, we will hike in the rain forest in search of the golden bamboo lemurs, the greater bamboo lemurs, and Milne Edward’s sifaka and at the same time see various species of plants, trees, insects and reptiles not forgetting some eerie animals including the satanic leaf-tailed geckos. Besides, there are 118 species of birds and 8 species of bats, as well as many rodents, batrachians, spiders and butterflies. After the visit, drive to Ambalavao passing by Fianarantsoa, the capital of the Betsileo tribe.
Afternoon we visit paper factory, Ambalavao known for its charming colonial architected, it is famous forthe ‘Antemoro Paper’ products, fresh flowers are then applied to give it a unique form.

AMBALAVAO –TSARANORO
After breakfast leave Ambalavao to Tsaranoro , We stop en route visiting the Anja Reserve, managed by local villagers. This reserve harbors the ring-tails, ground chameleons and many unique species of animals. After the visit continue to TsaranoroValley is comprised of an incredible mountain range located about fifty kilometers from the town of AmbalavaoTsienimparihy. In addition to climbing, Tsaranoro also offers an incredible diversity of natural ecosystems. The region is surrounded by rainforests, valleys, and rivers. The flora and fauna are extremely rich, with a wide variety of species endemic to Madagascar. Furthermore, hikers can explore the trails that wind through the mountains and discover breathtaking panoramas at every turn. And then, as soon as fatigue sets in, you can visit the charming surrounding villages.

TSARANORO – ISALO
We continue our road trip toward south leaving behind the highlands of Madagascarwhile contemplating magnificent southern landscapes dominated by savanna, dry bush and semi desert land of southern Madagascar. Arrive in Ranohira, well known for its striking grand canyon giving birth to the most visited park of Isalo.
Overnight inHigh-end Hotel: at the hotel Relais de la Reine or at the hotel Jardin du Roy, in HB or in Midrange Hotel: at the Hotel Orchidée or at the hotel H1, (midrange) in BB.
VISIT AT ISALO NATIONAL PARK
A whole day visit in the park through the canyons and oasis of Isalo would be our activities of today. During the hike, we will go to different places to see a panoramic view of the landscape. We will have several opportunities leading to the natural swimming pools and waterfalls. Then, another 4 km is necessary leading to the camping site. After lunch, extend your hike along the sheltered canyons reaching the ‘Piscine Blue and Noire’ called the cascade trails. Isalo is the home of the endemic bird called Benson’s Rock thrush, 14 species of nocturnal lemurs, 98 species of amphibians and reptiles. We will end our day contemplating the sunset over the famous window of Isalo.

ISALO – TULEAR – IFATY
After breakfast, we drive to Toliara, the capital of the Vezo fishing people. On our way, we will cross one the numerous villages formed by the sapphire rush. Besides, the famous Mahafaly tombs abound all along the way between Sakaraha and Tulear, having distinct cultural traits of this typical southern tribe, whose tombs display images that represent the daily life or dreams of the deceased. We shall have lunch in Tuléarand then continue driving to Ifaty.
Overnight at the hotel La Bella Donna or at Bamboo Club (high-midrange) in BB or at the hotel Paradisier ( high-end), or at La Mira( high-end), in BB.
IFATY
Two days at leisure during your whole stay in Ifaty. However, some activities can be arranged by your hotel, on your charge. Ifaty grants you a relaxing place by the beach where you can go diving, snorkeling, take a dugout canoe ride with the Vezo fishermen. Besides, Ifaty spiny forest abounded by extraordinary vegetation of euphorbia, didieracea, and aloes is another important place to see the giant baobabs, the nocturnal southern sportive lemurs, some endemic birds like the sub-desert mesite found nowhere else, the running coua and so on.

IFATY – TULEAR – ANTANANARIVO
Drive to Tuléar; transfer to the airport to catch a flight heading back to Tana and settle at the hotel du Louvre (high-end) or at the hotel Palissandre (high-end) or at the Hotel Chalet de Roses or at the hotel Rova hotel (high-midrange), in BB.
TRANSFER AND FLY HOME
Transfer to the airport for flight back home. End of our service.
