Antananarivo – Andasibe
Morning departure heading to Andasibe roughly 5 hours drive. Andasibe is also known in French as Perinet. Upon arrival, visit the VOI reserve, which is managed by the local community, the reserve is an untouched paradise for endemic animals and plants, where the visitors can easily spend a whole day enjoying nature, some groups of Indris can be watched in their natural habitat, and its white-headed relatives, the diademed sifakas, often jump between the tree tops. Some other lemurs such as woolly lemurs can also be seen.

Visit of Analamazaotra reserve – Tana
After breakfast, we embark on a journey to explore the Analamazoatra Reserve in search of Madagascar’s largest lemurs, the Indri indri. Known for their distinctive panda-like appearance and haunting calls audible from miles away, encountering these lemurs is a highlight of any visit. A leisurely stroll through the forest offers numerous opportunities to observe not only the indri but also other lemur species such as golden sifakas and eastern woolly lemurs. Endemic bird species and reptiles like the Parson chameleon and tiny nose-horned chameleons add to the biodiversity spectacle. Later, depart from Andasibe and drive to Antananarivo, where you can stay overnight at Hotel du Louvre or Palissandre (high-end), Chalet des Roses (high-midrange), or Rova hotel in BB.
